ISSA-UK Training Workshops

To maximize knowledge transfer and the training experience, workshops are limited to small groups of up to 20 delegates.

They are run by experienced industry professionals whom know their subject matter inside out.  As opposed to full time trainers, we use professionals that are employed in their field and can impart a high degree of practical expertise and help you achieve your learning goals.

Preparing to Survive – ISSA-UK Security Incident Management Masterclass Workshop

The increasing complexity and diversity of systems, applications, and networks has made them more difficult to defend. Recent headline-hitting breaches and losses bear testimony to the fact that few organisations if any, are adequately prepared or able to manage major security incidents without incurring enormous impacts to their business and ruputation.

As organisations continue to experience growing losses due to security breaches, security professionals must take a new approach in protecting their assets. Through careful forward planning and using monitoring and detection measures with prompt intervention, you can reduce the magnitude of incidents.

This workshop aims to gather the the information needed to develop an effective incident response strategy and plan. ISSA-UK workshop formats are part presentation by leading experts, followed by interactive group sessions where attendees participate to pool their collective expertise and knowledge.

It’s no longer a question of whether your organisation will sustain a significant breach - but when. This is a must-attend intensive workshop where you will learn from experts and peers, and so become better prepared!
